They have to pay the parent $9 for every $1 they pay us. So it doesn't make sense to pay dividends. Unless, parent needs the money for some reason. So a potential dividend will either be huge (and unexpected) or zero.



Ok so the parent owns 90%? Yeah then it is true I guess.
