Per the 8k, the CEO is stepping down and being replaced by Pixelmags personell, hence why there has been nothing heard from the CEO (of SPCL).

Also from the 8k, no news of any kind without the strict consent of Pixelmags will be announced or published until the Reverse Merger is complete.

Once I get a hold of a PC, I'll provide DD.
