That's completely understandable. This was just a recommendation.

The reverse split will not be processed with FINRA or take effect until the Reverse Merger is announced complete. If/When it does, the PPS (I assume) will increase. Once the R/S takes effect, the price may be at or above the required NASDAQ requirement.

Also,the A/S will receive a 1:10 reverse split.

This is all in my opinion.
