I am confident that my predictions for the current Prurisol Phase 2b trial are within a relatively small and acceptable margin of error.

The key take away is that at the doses of 150 kg BID and 200 mg BID Prurisol results will be on par or better than the biologics, Humira, Enbrel, Remicade, Stelara, etc and better than the oral Otezla.
