Everyone should do their own DD, I did. I made a point of contacting the TA regularly, that's simply thorough DD - Trading 101.

Like I just said, the tiniest bit of DD will confirm the restricted shares have indeed changed. Actually, doing DD can be fun, and at the same time it helps to preserve cash from being wasted on these dark OTC stocks - Enjoy!
