I HIGHLY recommend taking a look at SPCL.

They have an 8k with a pending reverse merger with Pixelmags; a digital article/comic company with revenues of 60+million estimated revenues.

Within the last 3 months SPCL has increased from .0020 to .0090.

I recommend taking a look at the 8k and all related Due Diligence provided from the board.
