There is no "news" in March. There is an expiration of a six-month restriction on the exercise of 9mm warrants, meaning that the 16 investors who loaned the company $3mm will be able to individually buy up to 9mm shares at an average of $0.525 per share and sell them on the open market, which I think will crush the stock then. At the current price, these holders of the warrants would recognize profits of $29mm!

I think the insiders understand this well, which is why the CEO and a Director have each sold 100K shares recently.
