Once the showcase proves successful the game is on. If I was a betting man, I would say they don't release an update on the Rubicon until it isn't fully functioning at the university- that would be the smartest idea. Success would come as as a surprise, which I think would be beneficial due to all the doubt. If they sent out another pr stating it's almost deployed it wouldn't lessen the effect of the news of when it actually is deployed. It's better use press when it's completely finished and functioning.
