I remember a company I invested in took 8 months to file 3 10Ks. One of which required forensic accounting because the former CEO stole everything and said screw you so he was charged! Give them a few weeks for heavens sake a 10K is serious because if you rush it and leave something out it can be criminal charges filed against you from the SEC.

Best to perform a competent audit! I expect between now and end of the year we will have the 10K issued, permit for aggregate issued, and environmental permit issued for the Coal mine.

Then by the end of Q1 they raise the financing to fund the start of operations and start making coal stock piles. Its a good plan and with this second coal plant. They can increase the supply to Chinese and Indian steel manufacturers and start making money sooner.
