Anyone find more info on the bond? I tried to DD Caracas group and Ismet Paez for over an hour and a half and have come up empty. I not concerned but you would think something of there previous existence would turn up if they are large enough to fund a 500M bond no?

Maybe I need to search in Spanish? :)
