A straight buyout would be preferable. S.C. Johnson are right there in Racine Wisconsin and this could be a good bolt-on to their Caldrea Company who distribute the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day product line. Revenues would explode if our products could be added to their existing distribution channels. Only problem is that the Johnson family (who really don't need the money) would make a fortune out of the deal. By the way, our aging scientist (Dr. Hagarty) used to work for S.C. Johnson back in the day.
