California is awesome dont get me wrong but its a huge market, they would need to spend a lot of cash to get all the facilities needed to corner that market. Nevada would take less up front and return much more quicker because laws are in place and effective already. They would only need about 4-5 labs there versus the 18 they plan in Cali.
After they get nevada sowed up then move in to Cali with a vengence before testing laws take effect in 2018.
I think Mr. Waldrop realizes this and thats why he toyed with the notion of Nevada after the elections.
