Yeah TKMR (now ABUS as bernice mentioned) is a dud but they may be able to turn the ship around in the next few years.

That being said, it's a huge difference being invested in a company with Mark Smith and team at the helm. When the CEO owns 18 million shares, its a huge vote of confidence.

I emailed Mr. Sims my question about the excerpt from the annual report. I'll post the answer when I receive a reply.
