That sounds great to me, Excelsior. As you said, that patent portfolio is platinum and it would behoove a Big Boy company to acquire those assets through Upland.. I'm hoping this is a big step in actually, tangibly making that happen.. the fact that Upland is able to acquire this loan I guess speaks volumes of their financial position and Future business endeavors.. we still have 6 Plus weeks before December 31st. It would be wonderful if this could get wrapped up before then for all the reasons you mentioned. Good luck to all of us and thanks for sharing the information !!! ;)
