Thanks for your input, americano. 2-4 years seems a reasonable amount of time to wait if we're rewarded with a good pps.

I have just been reading some of the posts from earlier in the year. I don't think many people thought we'd be back in the .01s now when we were hitting the .04s and 05s earlier in the year. I think you are right - the price is low because so much is unknown at the moment. I guess the longs believe that in time much that is good will be revealed.
