While that may be so that is an issue to be dealt with in the next 6-12 months.

For now, over the last 6-12 months the stock was being valued by the market as if BK was inevitable.

Clearly, that risk is diminished and with debt paid down and shipping rates strengthening, albeit slowly, the market will begin the process of re-valuing TEUFF and my guess is you will see it trade 5-10x the current market cap which is peanuts (~$11M at a fully maxed 475M @ .024)
