Fred is now proposing $500K joint ventures.

For each $500K you give Fred, he promises to give you 5% of the net revenues, when the company starts mining its imaginary gold.
No mentioned in the offer, Fred already promised 50% of all future (gross?) revenues to past investor Brian Collins.

What a deal.
