1st it Does Not Matter if we are at .40 Cents, .50 Cents, .60 Cents or $1.00. What matters is that the stock does not close below an average closing price of .25 cents for 3 days in the preceding 20 days, which it has not and will not in my opinion!

The facts are in the post below.

The $2.9 Million figure is not correct. Its (1) CONVERTIBLE NOTE FOR $2,055,000 at $275,000 per month and there is a (1) PROMISSORY NOTE for about $850,000 at 12% - THAT IS NOT CONVERTIBLE but accrues interest. That note holder has an option to buy up to 2 Million Shares at a discount, shall they chose to, but it is not a Convertible note and should not be deemed one. 2 Totally Different Financial Security Instruments.

Its only $275,000/Month and it will be absorbed very easily with the huge growth thats occurring in this sector. Not to mention that CBD sales are going SKY High right now at the shops in California.


CVSI has operations in California (Bio Facility / Operations), Nevada (Office & Operations) and Kentucky (Hemp) with ownership of 3,000+ Acres ready to go for Commercial Hemp Production and Research Partnerships with Universities (Also Contracted Farmers to start production at any given time they give the GO AHEAD!)

CA & NV were recently 2 of the 8 states with new favorable Marijuana Laws legalizing it.

CVSI will have a blowout 2016 Q4, as the election and the addition of 8 NEW STATES has dramatically increased the demand for their products. Their distribution network went from 120 stores to 700 stores in the past year. I will bet you that we are now in 1100+ Stores and vastly increasing our distribution network!

I know for a fact, that CV Sciences's products are flying off the shelves as I have been told by my friends who own shops across California that they are selling out as soon as they put the Plus CBDOil on the shelves which was purchased from CV Sciences. HUGE Demand will offset the miniscule $275,000 in shares coming (Over the course of 1 Month)!
