Even though I am for MSFT, and do enjoy seeing its competition stumble....this lawsuit stinks! But then again, who is at the helm but David Boies!

IMO: SCO is simply trying to ride the bandwagon and make money through the courts, much like Microsofts competitors did when they filed a lawsuit "for the consumer".
