DLCR~ I am projecting from this extremely early point_a_$12.5M+ yearly revenue from timber operations alone_!$$$!_


My assessment of our timber operation is based on the Paradise Garden operation 'game plan' used there,and that _DLCR_ has centralized its' operation in Rigo and is using the same game plan and buyers in the Rigo permit_!$$$!_

My assessment is that we will pull $7.5M from Rigo in less than 6 months from now, and then move on to Kibuna,pull $7.5M from there,and then move on to another set of permits. Warren said 4200+ trees a year, is in play,and stated additional permits spread over a greater area will be the way to go with the TA timber resource govt agency approval.

We will know in two more weeks, 6 weeks for sure_DLCRs' operations 'game plan'. It appears to me though that_DLCR_ is already 'in the groove',hitting on all 4s', so to speak.

My projections and assessments rely on the weather not getting any worse.
