Mike, why the frustration today. What has changed from when you initialy bought XKEM? Why are you bringing up all of these concerns today. Have you finaly had enough?

One thing I can say about XKEM, is that they are VERY consistent. Consistently bad at informing us of what s going on, but consistently good at coming through with everything they tell us VERBALLY - sometimes a little later than we are told, but always true.
