Ironridge sold all their holdings for multiple stocks to Dragonix in advance of them probably knowing they were under SEC investigation. Principals also sold homes in the US and moved to the Virgin Islands. Wonder why? I like the SECs changes in prevailing against Ironridge with hearing starting in February. This will be a huge catalyst and Velatel also says they will file after this as well.
