I don't know about the progress reports.

However I did see that the NASDAQ holdings show a net gain in the number of new and increased holdings in the institution block. Most are pretty trivial but Vandenberg is up over 32 million. And the insider block shows that Winfield added shares with no one in the company selling off.

I'd like to make a phone call and maybe learn something about the progress but can't mesh my schedule with the daytime schedule at CMI for a little while longer.
