So, I guess what is apparent from this - if true - is that Nathan failed to do adequate due diligence on the parties with whom he was crawling in between the pink sheets, since Matt Dwyer's reputation was well established before Nathan Hall took over CYBK.

I find it very hard to be sympathetic to anyone involved in a pink stock, when it is obvious they either did no research that included information easily found on IHUB or chose to ignore it if they did.
