IICPQ Volume doesn't support theory

Look at the IICPQ volume. Only twice in 2005 did the volume exceed a 500K day. In 2006 there were less than 10 times that it had this volume. Most days IICP traded less than 10K shares, if not at zero.

And, given that the count of shares traded counts both sides of the transaction, the volume is even half of the number reported.
