I had a good conversation with Thomas F. Cooke

This is what I got out of the conversation

They are working on updating their website.

They fought very hard that the BK shouldn't effect the share structure.

He is the largest shareholder and hasn't sold a single share so its in his best interest to get the PPS moving higher.

They will be updated shareholder soon (How soon I don't know)
