It's opinion based on the known circumstances. If you want this to trade, 8 BILLION Shares have to be reduced, and all u need do is look at kreislers long history of reverse splits and investor devastation to come up with the most likely ratio. As I said, it's my opinion. But I have been right about this company and that lying sack of crap Marilu and her criminal conspirator hub blanchette....all IMO of course.
