Hi to everyone!

I don't post much but got an email last night saying that they just completed the audit and that a form 10 will be filed soon with the SEC within 10 days. The form 10 will contain updated filings and financials. More so, the name will be changed as well as the ticker, this will be filed shortly. Looks promising I am thinking by end of November early December.
