Such nonsense the "$.10 cents by January 2016" P&D was, it trapped many traders.

No EVTI filings for any period since last September 2015 either. The EVTI insiders are walking a thin line, first they didn't meet requirements to retain their OTCQB status - now EVTI is No Information, SEC Delinquent and has been for over a year.
