You are a smart guy. But many times you make mistake of thinking nobody else knows nuttin'. That's ok ... I get it. I know plenty.

And I just said in a post ....

Might actually end up with something of value though. Will have to see how it plays out.



It is entirely possible NCAP ends up with something of value, but big "IF" and NCAP needs to experience a complete "change in control" at minimum to start with. Much like another company formerly controlled by major NCAP shareholder that may very well be about to do something special that could never have been realized previous. Your buddy in NJ should know, or maybe he's too busy tossing coins at new fuel in FL ......
