Prurisol will take market share from not just Otezla, but also from Enbrel, Humira, Remicade, Stelara and other biologic treatments for psoriasis. The current market for psoriasis alone is over $7.5 Billion per year. Count on Prurisol capturing at least half of that market.

Then there is the off label uses as treatments for psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple myeloma, etc, etc, etc.
