Not a lawyer but having gone through this with many investments my experience has been that the lawyers get a bigger share of the proceeds than the investors unless there are enough assets to cover debt and still have money left over. The bull case seems to lie in what is meant by LLL accepting "certain liabilities". If LLL pays of all debt to PP, DMRJ, et. al. and still gives us $117 million we'll be fine.
