They are not suing UMS, a company in Ch. 11. They are suing TALK and Kil Lee. For interstate fraud.

Kil Lee made a deal to sell future receivables for a discount, so desperate for money. And then defaulted.

How in the world, regardless of the outcome of this new lawsuit, would anybody ever extend credit to these failed businessmen again??
