About this I asked Brian about this when I called him some time ago and he told me that by the time a final cost was arrived at it was more than he could spend because the funds were needed on a project elsewhere..I usually call 3-4 times a year..I have also been told that his legal team advised him to refrain from publicly releasing any news regarding the ongoing legal action without consulting them first..read anything you want into this post..and take it from there..what some people fail to understand in a business as future and present conditions can change quite often and it evolves to meet them
