This stock is dead unless CEO files his delinquent SEC fillings. We get all talk and no action. Promises and only excuses.
Fact: They are delinquent and he continues to dilute. News means nothing. Permits mean nothing. Integrity means everything.
If Campos wants to be true to his word. Then file.
