Easy I agree. ADXS has quite a portfolio of clinical data across the AXAL trials, with cervical cancer being the most advance. I think we could see a deal soon. They could structure a deal with large milestone payments for steps such as EU approval, Phase III milestone, etc. so I don't see that there would be much of a reason to wait too far into Phase III before striking a deal. I would think they would want to have a clear commercialization in place well before any potential conditional approval, and considering ADXS does not have distribution infrastructure a deal with Astra Zeneca seems to be the logical choice.
