2009 is when the stock first dropped to $.0001 trading billions for several of the months that year and stayed at $.0001 until a blip in 2014, when it traded billions again for three months.

2/14 low of $.0001 and high of $.0005 4,412,726,856 shares
3/14 low of $.0001 and high of $.0003 4,067,961,702 shares
4/14 low of $.0001 and high of $.0002 1,081,606,040 shares

The action was all centered around a rumor spread about Telogis using RMTD to go public after the October 13, 2013 announcement by Telogis that it was possibly looking to do so.

You can see that the pump of the ticker based off that rumor caused the sp to spike and people who sold up to $.0005 made money.

Here's a link for a board search of the word "Telogis" where you can see that there was no mention of it until 3 posts on 1/10, then nothing more until 4 more at the end of the month. Then, look what happened on the 19th!

It was a pretty normal situation where traders saw an opportunity to cause interest in a mundane press release and make some quick ands easy money. I'm sure a lot of people got stuck with shares as nothing panned out while they waited for it to go to pennies and instead, Verizon bought Telogis.

But OTC traders never say die. They can't afford to.
