This is a complete pump n dump stock... Berge last bought 254,000 shares in 2012 and with all his R/S he probably owns less than 100 now. Probably pays himself by offing shares he issues himself during prime pumps then leaves the investors with the crap dump. This is a stock I would never recommend anyone ever going long on.
