We have addressed it several times here on this board, with my opinion last given here:

It is unknown if the statements (2 of them - one that they were producing FluCide in large quantity needed for tox study, and the second that they successfully scaled up production at its current facility) were true or not.

It depends on the meaning of the terms they used, and requires making assumptions about what we think they meant.

On the face of it, it sure seems like they were trying to convey that they were able to produce enough FluCide material for tox testing - and it's not clear if that was true, why they didn't continue with FluCide tox testing.

Does anyone have evidence that they were not producing the large quantity of FluCide they thought they needed for tox study?

Does anyone have evidence that they didn't successfully scale up some aspect of their production at the current (old) facility? What did they mean by "successfully scaled up?"

I agree it was an extremely confusing PR, and questions remain unanswered about it and the FluCide program in general.
