REDG product zwagbox gets major update and within that update the pieces needed to make that fly as many here hoped would out the gate. It didn't happen as planned, but the key now is fixing it and this update to me shows management is finally turning the corner on getting help.
I look forward to hearing the Charity news come out soon.
REDG is far from dead in my opinion.
A put a key aspect in bold I also like and think will definitely help reach the goals zwagbox can reach.

Just a quick blanket update to everyone regarding the status of ZWAG BOX and products.
We have been working to resolve the supply and fulfillment issues that have plagued us since launch and we are being assured that they should all be handled. But until we are 100% certain that 100% of orders have been processed, we have suspended ALL renewal billings across the board.
Please know that EVERYONE will receive all boxes and items ordered in total and nobody will be missed.
Also to this end, we are looking to bring aboard a more professional management team for customer service and other key positions to liaison between the facets and help bridge communications. Too much has fallen through the crack due to sheer volume, and for that we are truly sorry.
No matter what, however, rest assured, not a single box user will be missed… and every single person will get everything that they ordered. We guarantee that.
In other news, we have selected a charity to work with, and our donations will be going to them this week. We will let them lead the charge in the announcement so that there can be no question. We are excited to help others and that your continued support will affect the lives of many others.
