True. The point, however, was that the announcement of Western purchasing shares of VTPI was made on July 11, which is within the reporting period of the annual.

No mention of the purchase or of any arrangement made with Western, at all.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
