People can see the difference between naked short interest and short equity interest here:(two separate tabs scroll down)


The problem is that site is run by a stock scammer/promoter and you do not understand what the numbers actually mean. The daily numbers have ZERO relation to any sort of short interest. Sometimes EVERY single trade will be marked as short because the first leg of the trade matching is the MM selling to the buyer. This stuff is really, really basic....

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NGBL/short-sales shows the only numbers or info that actually mean something in regards to short positions.
