the last time the 10-k came out was December 11, I personally think it will come out around that time. Others have said they talked to him and expected it sooner but who knows. What we do know is the notes that were last reported on the 10-q arent due until the spring and revenues have been increasing steady quarter to quarter. on top of that the O/S has been 212 million for some time now and it looks like no addition coming anytime soon.
