1 waste my money- how did they waste your money?
2 not win a case which case?- the ones they won turned over by appeal?
3 year after year no wins in patent land -they are making a shift in the business model its pretty clear, your invesment from 3 years ago is a different one today
4 we keep paying them, for what?- lawyers are not free
5 no positive court cases results, non pending -they are not just an npe company anymore
6 on payroll for what? no cases won. -see question 4
7 bleeding my money dry -what money? they shares you could of sold even though you are down significantly? join the club... you invested in a high risk play
8 reverse split, for lack of patent wins --- to stay compliant on the nasdaq maybe?
