It appears that it's focused on augmentation of the iWatch, with sensors and software enhancements.
There is another company called Apple Medical. Please don't get that one confused with Apple Inc.
Apple Inc. (AAPL) was on my short list last year.
So was Samsung, Canon, and GE.
Here's are a few references to job listings for Apple's medical division.
I think these were positions to augment the iWatch so it would have medical applications.
