Some people across the street are only 50% down with Baltia!! What a great stock. The PPS goes up on a rumor that there might be a PR sometime before the end of 2016.

Well now that the PPS is up, maybe they can just double the AS rather than doing a reverse split. I guess Igor was being honest when he said, "No reverse splits".
