ACTUALLY Uplisting to the QB ISSS a big deal... weather it was know that it was supposed to happen or not, actually getting it done says a lottt... One it tells us that all of their fillings have been reviewed by the sec.. their financials audited and accepted by the sec... it means the company is now fully reporting and fully transparent... it means they spent the 10k to uplist ... it means the stock is now open to investors who are not allowed and or wont trade the pinks .. it means the company is making large steps toward investor confidence and establishing themselves as a legitimate investment... the new hire again shows continued growth and desire for advancement ... as well all the mj reform just passing... tunn of huge news here... As far as dilution... i just came on to this stock a couple weeks ago so i havent seen enough to speak to that... has it been historically bad here? looks like the pps has been on a pretty strong uptrend for the last couple months... that doesnt usually happen in the face of heavy issuing???
