December 31st is a Saturday. I think if the loan is going to be repaid by the end of this year, we will see signs of revenue.

The IP, from POWN, that Stan Lee Global has ("Realm", "Annihilator", "Replicator & Antilight"), is probably worth more than the loan. So I don't see any problem just transferring ownership of one or more of them to Ricco, to pay off the debt.

Maybe it's about time to sell the company to the highest bidder.
