This shelf registration activation will be interesting.

The immediate AH reaction was the selling of 48,000 shares so far and a price drop of .16.
If normal reaction then it may be overdone.
Selling at these levels is a gamble that the offering occurs immediately without other news. It doesn't have to.
It could also ocur after some very positive news and a higher price.
Who knows? I don't.
What I do know is that SYN is following a typical path for an early stage growing bio.

Make your guesses and trade or hold based on your plans not emotion....
For me, this action was expected to happen at some point and is just part of the process.
