Maybe he needs to be spoken to in the form of another law suit by the shareholders -regarding insider trading and manipulation and
fiduciary responsibilities with his own personal responsibility ?
Not shielded by the corporation . This would ultimately destroy
PHOT ;but alot of shareholders are now at the resentful point and
have nothing to lose -since they are now sitting on a tax deduction -loss- and despise being lied to. I sure
there would be a law group willing to start up another class action
